HOW TO ORDER

Prices quoted on this site include VAT and Duty where applicable. Our importer pays the VAT and Duty to the government, and bills us.

Most orders are shipped the day after the order is received. If we do not have some of your order and expect the goods in within a week, we will delay shipment until all the goods are received. If we expect some of your order to take more than a week to obtain, we will ship what we can immediately and back-order the rest. A back-order means that we will ship the balance as soon as we receive the goods. We pay the shipping charges on back-orders but if you add additional products to back-orders, then a shipping charge applies. All back-orders are automatically deleted if not filled within a month. If you want any variation to this procedure, please detail it in the comments section of your order.

Shipping and Handling Charges Shipping charges include our handling, packaging, freight, and insurance costs. Shipping charges will be shown on your order before you confirm the order to us. Books and Patterns. If you purchase only books and patterns, we ship by Air Mail or courier, depending upon the weight. Delivery usually takes about a week. The shipping charge is based on the value of the order: If the value of the order is £20.00 or less, the shipping charge is £5.00 If the value of the order is £20.01 to £30.00, the shipping charge is £7.50 If the value of the order is £30.01 to £40.00, the shipping charge is £10.00 If the value of the order is over £40.00, the shipping charge is £12.00 Other Products If you purchase any product other than books and patterns, even if you purchase books and patterns as well, we ship by courier. Delivery usually takes less than a week. The shipping charge is £15.00 regardless of the size of the order.
