Broderie Anglaise is a whitework needlework technique incorporating features of embroidery, cutwork and needle lace that arose in England in the 19th century. It is characterized by patterns composed of small holes or eyelets bound with overcast. Learn how to use your 4D Embroidery software to design with this technique. You will create a small round scalloped doily embellished with eyelets and a nicely finished edge. This design involves creating a group of three eyelets with a customized scallop.
A laptop will be required for this class with 4D Embroidery Extra, 3D Embroidery, 4D or 3D Professional software installed along with its hasp/key.
