HOW TO ORDER

If you live outside of Canada, we do not add taxes to your order, but you are responsible for any customs duties and for complying with all applicable laws governing the import of your order, such as applicable tax laws. Orders to the USA which have a value of less than US$200.00 and which are sent to a private address (not a Company Address) do not normally incur duty.

Most orders are shipped the day after the order is received. If we do not have some of your order and expect the goods in within a week, we will delay shipment until all the goods are received. If we expect some of your order to take more than a week to obtain, we will ship what we can immediately and back-order the rest. A back-order means that we will ship the balance as soon as we receive the goods. We pay the shipping charges on back-orders but if you add additional products to back-orders, then a shipping charge applies. All back-orders are automatically deleted if not filled within a month. If you want any variation to this procedure, please detail it in the comments section of your order.

Shipping and Handling Charges Shipping charges include our handling, packaging, freight, and insurance costs. For shipments to the USA you have the following choices: UPS. $15.00 Delivery time is about 5 to 7 working days. Applies to the lower 48 states only. (Not Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas territories). Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. We must have a street address. Postal Service. Delivery time is about 7 to 21 working days, except for Alaska and Hawaii where the delivery time is 14 to 28 working days. Priority Mail. $20.00 Delivery time is about 9 working days. International Shipments We only ship by courier. Delivery time is about 3 to 7 working days, plus time for customs clearance at the destination country. We regret that we cannot offer postal service, but a very large percentage of our postal parcels have gone missing when we ship overseas. The charges for courier delivery are as follows: Western Europe, Mexico, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China US$35.00 All other countries US$50.00
