Following the success of our Danny kit for children up to 2 years old, we now offer this kit for children aged 4 to 8 years old.

This kit is knit in Mission Falls 1824 100% cotton. The yarn is an aran weight cotton which knits up fast, especially for children's garments. This is a quality cotton with an outer wrap of fine cotton, which reduces stretching, and helps to ensure that the garment will keep its shape. This cotton is machine wash and dry.

The kit is designed for children from 4 to 8 years old. There is enough yarn included for the largest size. The kit also contains the pattern.

The kit has a chest size and length as follows:
4 years: Chest size 24 inches (61 cm), finished chest size 28 inches (71 cm), length 15 inches (38 cm).
6 years: Chest size 25 inches (64 cm), finished chest size 30 inches (76 cm), length 16½ inches (42 cm).
8 years: Chest size 27 inches (69 cm), finished chest size 32 inches (81 cm), length 18 inches (46 cm).

You will also need one pair of 4 mm (US6) needles, one pair of 4.5 mm (US7) needles and one 4 mm (US6) by 40 cm (16 inch) circular needle. These are not included in the kit.
