Knit-Wise^® Cashmere is 100% Cashmere, made in Scotland from the best Cashmere fibre. This is a soft, luxurious yarn at a very competitive price. A light hand wash makes the finished garment even softer and more luxurious.

Tension: This yarn knits 30 stitches to 4 inches (10 cm) on a 3.25mm (US3) needle. This yarn will relax when it is washed and blocked, and will then appear as a fingering weight yarn, or 28 stitches to 4 inches (10 cm). Two strands when knitted together on a 3.75 to 4 mm needle (US 5 to 6) will, after washing, appear as a sports to DK weight, or 24 to 22 stitches to 4 inches (10 cm). Check your tension before starting a project! For the weavers among you, this is a 2/14 (worsted) yarn.

Cleaning: Hand wash cool, dry flat.
