MEILENWEIT MEGA BOOTS
Meilenweit Mega Boots by Lana Grossa is a space dyed ragg sock yarn. The ragg effect means that there are two strands of contrasting coloured yarns wound together, and the space dyed means that the colours change gradually along the length of the yarn. The image shows the effect when knit into socks.
The composition is 70% virgin wool, 23% Polyamide (nylon), and 7% Elité PBT. For the technical minded, PBT is Polybutylene Terephthalate which is a fancy name for a polyester with stretch.
This yarn can be machine washed. One ball will make one pair of socks.
Tension: 32 stitches and 40 rows to 4 inches (10 cm) on a 2.5 to 3 mm (US 2) needle.
Cleaning: Machine washable, dry flat.
Available in a 100 gram (3½ ounce) ball.
Contains approximately 400 metres (437 yards.)
