USING CROHOOKS

I am using a Crohook, and I have so many stitches on it, they fall off the wrong end. I tried using needle point protectors, but they fall off also. HELP!

First of all, a Crohook is like an Afghan hook or crochet hook, but has a hook on each end. It is used like an Afghan hook, but either end can be used depending upon the design and the colour in use.

We consulted various experts on this one, and finally we found a very simple, very cheap solution. Go to a hardware store, and find a rubber or plastic tap washer which is a snug fit on the body of the hook, so it rests just past the hook itself. This will stop the stitches falling off, but the washer can be removed when you need to use the hook on that end.

Thanks to Liz for the answer.
