  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Contact us first by email, fax or phone to let us know what you are returning. We can only give a refund when we receive the returned goods. If you insure the goods, you will have proof of mailing if the goods are lost. We cannot give a refund if we do not receive the goods.
