Mission Falls 1824 Cotton is an aran weight cotton which knits up fast, especially for children's garments. This is a quality cotton with an outer wrap of fine cotton, which reduces stretching, and helps to ensure that the garment will keep its shape. This cotton is machine wash and dry.

The shades of 1824 Cotton are inspiring. The sophisticated palette lends itself well to both adults and young ones. The subtle textures and gauge 18 sts and 24 rows) makes it a very easy 100% cotton to work with. There are also variegated shades called Cotton Whirl.

Tension: 18 stitches and 24 rows to 4 inches (10 cm) on a 4.5mm (US7) needle over stocking stitch.

Available in 50 gram (1.75 ounce) balls.
Each ball contains 77 metres (84 yards).

Care Instructions: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash separately on delicate cycle in cool to lukewarm water. Use mild soap flakes. Tumble dry on low heat. Remove while damp, reshape on a flat surface.
